Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.

Q: Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn't fit exactly right?
A: Please note,we have 3 or more dressmaker to measure the dress size before shipped,if the size not same as the details u show us, we will not send it out until same as the details u show us, so the size must be right,if u find the dress doesn't fit your body,please check the size u show us and measure yourself body,check if u show us correct size;

Q: Will the dress looks exactly as shown on the pictures?
A: please also note:we just custom the dress according to picture,so it is very difficult making the dress exactly like picture,so,if u just doesn't like the dress,we can't accept refund;hope u can understand this, and please read the return policy carefully before order.
